What do I have to keep in mind when returning a product?
If you want to return your item for a refund you may do so within 14 days of receiving the order. Shipping costs will only be refunded if all ordered items are returned. Items must be unworn, unwashed and/or unused, and all parts/items should be included.
How will the refund be paid?
The refund will go back onto the original method of payment, without exceptions, after we have received the returned product and confirmed it is unworn, unwashed and/or unused.
How long does it take to process my return?
Once we receive your order in our warehouse it will typically take up to 5 business days from the time that we receive your package for your payment to be refunded back on your account.
What do I do if I received the wrong product or my product is defective?
If this happens, we are truly sorry. Please contact us at this page and tell us your order number and how we messed up. Please include a picture of the item received for verification. We will take care of you and cover all costs of getting you the right product. We will send you a new product and pay for your shipping to send that one back to us. We are human and do make mistakes at times. We will make sure to correct the issue ASAP!
Every order is shipped using a USPS- or international tracking number. You will receive the tracking number by email once your order has been shipped. Please keep an eye on your spam folder as well, as sometimes our emails end up there.
