SHIPPING

How much is shipping?

This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we’re shipping to.  Our standard single product shipping cost is $4,95 , unless you order a product with a large amount of weight.  If you order multiple items additional shipping costs will be applied.

Where do you ship to?

We offer shipping to the USA, Canada and Australia.

Do you ship to other countries?

We currently do not offer other international shipping options.  This is something that may be available in the near future.

How do I track my package?

When your order ships we send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

I’ve received my tracking number, but there is no information

Normally tracking information should be available within 24-48 hours, but sometimes it can take up to 10 days to show the information. Unfortunately, we have no influence on this as it depends on the carrier.

I’ve received my tracking number, but it says it has been delivered months ago

USPS recycles tracking numbers every few months. Our facilities are not directly interfaced with the USPS system, so if we end up generating a recycled tracking number, it is not reflected in the USPS database until it reaches the post office and is scanned there. This creates a window of time where the tracking number will show its older information online until the post office begins processing it. Please allow 1-2 days for the correct information to show up.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

This depends on the product ordered.  Most of our products are made or printed on demand in a US facility, but some items are shipped from a EU or Asian facility.  It typically takes 4-6 business days to get your product printed and shipped out.  Ordering one of our best selling items can cause a 1-2 week delay in printing.  Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link that shows an estimated day of arrival.

We do our best to get the product to you as fast as possible and most times we succeed in beating the times above. However, there can be a lot of reasons outside our circle of influence why shipping gets delayed: holidays, order held at customs, employee strikes, weather conditions etc. Just contact us if you feel your order should have arrived already and we’ll work things out.

I ordered 2+ items, but only received one… where’s my order?

Since we create and print on demand and we have a large assortment of products not stocked in house and spread over multiple facilities, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.

What type of t-shirts and hoodies do you print on?

We print on the finest, softest, comfiest tees… Jerzees and Fruit Of The Loom supply all of our products.

How are your shirts and hoodies printed?

We use a world class infrastructure for screen printing, DTG printing, and sublimation.  The style of printing is determined by the product you purchased.  Our primary print style is DTG. Direct to Garment (DTG) is a method where a printer directly applies the ink onto the t-shirt with inkjet technology. It involves a special printer, which prints the ink directly onto the garment in the desired design. DTG uses specialty inks, which are absorbed by the fibers of the garment.  This allows high quality and colorful designs. All our apparel printing is done in the USA.

What is the sizing on your apparel?

We have added an applicable sizing chart on every product page. Please check for details on the product page.

Colors

Will the color of my item be exactly the same as the product image on the website?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the colors will be exactly the same as in the product image. The graphics card in your electronic device or your monitor driver will have a big effect on the actual display of the color of our products. We do our best to have the product images resemble colors as close as possible to the end product. In the rare occasion you feel the colors of the end product are completely different compared to the product image please contact us and we will make it right.

ORDERING

I made a mistake on my order (address, size, etc)… can I change it?

If this happens to you, contact us within 24 hours and we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can’t make any promises. Most of our products are created and printed on demand so we start as quickly as we can after you order and it ships out as soon as it’s finished. Once the product is shipped we have no control over it anymore.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through the Stripe payment system.  Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, they make use of best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security. We also accept PayPal payments as well.

Is there a number I can call regarding my order? 

Unfortunately, no. Since our company is based in Europe we want to save you the money for international phone calls.

Where do I put my discount code?

On the checkout page you will see a box under the total order amount labeled ‘Coupon Code’ . You can put your discount code in here and press the  ‘Get Discount’ button.

I get an error message when I enter my shipping and billing address. What’s going on?

Please double check your shipping and billing address. Our system runs a check through your banking institution to verify all information matches before your order can be processed.  You may want to try re-typing your information to make sure it matches the proper format.

I see different business names when I want to pay for my order.

Live Love Family is a brand name of Dutchfluence.

Dutchfluence is a legal entity in The Netherlands and is registered in the Dutch chamber of commerce under number 32137936. Dutchfluence is a trade name of Qyzme Business Solutions.

When paying for your order you may encounter the names LiveLoveFamily, ThreeDayDeal or Qyzme Business Solution. Unfortunately, it’s not always possible to prevent this, but we did our best to keep the distraction to a minimum.
